Orders within Egypt
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to request a refund or exchange, please note the following:
- Request Window: You may request a refund or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests must be submitted via direct message (DM) on our Instagram account.
- After the Deadline: Unfortunately, we are unable to process any refund or exchange requests after the 3-day period.
- Return Conditions: All returned items must be in their original, unused, and new condition, with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued exclusively through Instapay.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during sales or at discounted prices are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
International Orders
At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for international orders.
